Pause and Reflect: Retreat Recap

This past month, we had the honor of holding a virtual wellness retreat hosted by Terrie Reeves.


Terrie is the Founder of Empower Health America, an organization whose mission is to "transform lives, communities, organizations, and the world by encouraging self-study and empowering mindful action."

Stress Times: A Virtual Wellness Retreat.


Terrie taught us her personal mantra for navigating high stress: Pause, Process, Pivot, and Proceed (with greater intention).

Power in the Pause


When we constantly fill our schedules with noise, we clutter our minds just the same.


Creating and valuing a time of pause can truly impact your mindset, stress levels, and overall well being.

Inventory of your Habits


Have you taken the time to learn what recharges you? And do you make it a point to do these things regularly?


Building awareness toward healthy habits will set you on a path to greater quality of life - even if it's just one small change!

You'll then have more space for positive, life-changing habits to form and more energy to nurture them.
