What is the timeline for the event?

  • 6:30 p.m. Registration, Open Bar (beer, wine, gin & vodka drinks), Passed Appetizers, Auction & Raffle Bidding, Professional Red Carpet Photos

  • 7:30 p.m. Raffle Winners Announced, Welcome Address & Awards

  • 7:50 p.m. Dueling Pianos Entertainment & Buffet Dinner. Open Bar for non VIP closes at 8 p.m., but a cash bar remains

  • 9:00 p.m. Live Auction Begins, Dessert Service

  • 9:45 p.m. Silent Auction Closes, Dueling Piano Entertainment Continues

  • 11:00 p.m. End of the evening...or continue the party next door or the American Pub. 

How much do the tickets cost?

 

  • VIP Table for 10  = $1,500.00 

  • Group ticket of 4 = $320.00 (includes 4 tickets. $80 per person)

  • Individual Tickets = $85.00

 

What is included in the VIP Table Ticket?

 

  • Tickets and table seating for 10 guests

  • dueling pianos entertainment

  • Complimentary table bottle of champagne

  • Complimentary wine, beer & soft drinks throughout the event

  • Passed Appetizers, a Buffet Dinner and a dessert bar

  • Table Favor

  • Raffle options

  • Live & Silent Auction

  • Professional photographs of the event, which will be electronically disseminated

  • Dancing

What is included within the Group  & Individual Tickets?

Individual Tickets includes:

  • Live Dueling Pianos entertainment

  • Complimentary wine, beer & soft drinks until 8:00 p.m., Cash bar after 8:00 p.m.

  • Passed Appetizers, buffet dinner & a dessert bar

  • Raffle Options

  • Live & Silent Auctions

  • Professional photographs of the event, which will be electronically disseminated

  • Dancing 

Group Tickets includes:

  • Tickets for 4 guests

  • Everything within the individual ticket, but with a cost savings 

 

What is Dueling Pianos Entertainment?

 

It is interactive,  live all request performance, which includes two piano players and a drummer with comedy improv and sing-along selections.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  

How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?

Your electronic tickets will be sent within 24-hours to the email inputted while purchasing your tickets. 

Are my tickets tax-deductible?

Hands for Holly Memorial Fund is a registered 501(c)3 with the tax id #81-2842244. A portion of your ticket and auction sales will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes that will identify the portion that can be claimed. 

100% of your donations will be tax-deductible.

Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me?

Yes, you can show your tickets from your phone. 

Can I put tickets on hold?

No, all tickets must be purchased in order to reserve a space at the event. 

 

Can I purchase tickets at the door/entrance?

Yes, if the event is not sold out. 

Do you offer refunds?

No, all sales are final. 

 

Will I have a seat with an Individual or Group Ticket purchase?

We will have some couches and chairs throughout the venue, tallboys and a heated patio with tables and chairs, that will be accessible for use, however, you will not have an assigned seat. Only VIP Table ticket holders are guaranteed a seat. 

What is the attire?

We are asking guests to "rock the night in black and white attire." Smart casual is recommended. 

Where should I park and is parking free?

Parking is free within the facility parking lot. If all the spaces are taken, you are allowed to park on the street leading to and from the event location. We do recommend the Lite Rail as it stops in front of the venue at the Bland Street Station. 

What items am I not allowed to bring into the event?

You are allowed to bring cameras and video cameras as flash photography is allowed. 

Restricted items include: Outside food or drinks and pets are not permitted. The event is also restricted to age 21+ guests. 

Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer?
