  1. How much do the tickets cost?

 

  • VIP Clinic & Exhibition Tickets  = $2,000.00 ($1,500.00 tax deductible)

  • Preferred Seating Tickets = $150.00 ($70.00 tax deductible)

  • General Admission Tickets = $100.00 ($40 tax deductible)

2. What is included in the VIP Clinic & Exhibition Ticket?

 

  • Once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in a 1.5-hour clinic with former world #1 tennis player Andy Roddick & former world #172 tennis player Luka Gregor. clinic limited to 16 participants.​

  • 30-minute light lunch and open bar with a Q&A session with Andy during food service. 

  • Cocktails and soft drinks provided throughout the event. 

  • Court-side seating with open bar for the pro exhibition. 

  • Swag bag including a commemorative event shirt, hat and towel.

  • Professional photographs of the VIP clinic with Andy, which will be electronically disseminated to participants after the event.  

  • Picture frame and autographed mat with Andy's signature to place your favorite clinic picture within.

  • Mix & mingle party following exhibition with cocktails and live music. 

  • +1 guest to view your participation within the clinic, to accompany you at the Q&A light lunch, and within court-side seating for the pro exhibition. 

3. What is the difference between the Preferred Seating & General Admission Tickets?

General Admission Ticket includes:

  • Admission to the pro exhibition between Andy Roddick & Luka Gregorc.

  • Complementary draft beer; a cash bar will also be available.

  • Raffle options including a chance to return Andy Roddick's record breaking serve. 

  • Mix and mingle party after exhibition with live music, finger food and a cash bar. 

  • 3:00 p.m. event entry.

Preferred Seating  includes:

  • Everything within the general admission ticket, plus:

  • Participants are seated court-side for the pro exhibition.

  • Complementary commemorative event towel. 

  • Early entry for faster registration - 2:45 p.m. entry

Champagne Tent/Corporate Sponsor Lanyard Tickets include:

  • Everything within the general admission ticket, plus:

  • Participants are seated court-side for the pro exhibition.

  • Autographed Andy Roddick tennis ball within a display case. 

  • Access to the Champagne tent from 4-5 p.m. with complementary champagne, wine & beer.

  • Early entry for faster registration - 2:45 p.m. entry.

4. What time do the doors open?

VIP Clinic & Exhibition Ticket Holders are asked to arrive at 1:30 p.m. for a prompt 2:00 p.m. clinic start time. 

Doors open for Preferred Seating Ticket holders and Champagne/Corporate Sponsor Tickets at 2:45 p.m. & General Admission Tickets holders are welcome to arrive at 3:00 p.m.

What time does the event end?

The event concludes with the mix and mingle party, which ends at 6 p.m. Please visit our event timeline page for full program details.

5. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  

6. How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?

Your electronic tickets will be sent within 24-hours to the email inputted while purchasing your tickets. VIP Clinic & Exhibition Ticket holders will also receive a packet in the mail with a name badge and additional details. 

7. Are my tickets tax deductible?

Hands for Holly Memorial Fund is a registered 501(c)3 with the tax id #81-2842244. A portion of your ticket and merchandise sales will be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, as follows:

$1,500.00 of the VIP Clinic ticket will be listed as tax-deductible within the receipt.

$70.00 of the Preferred Seating ticket will be listed as tax deductible within the receipt.

$40.00 of the General Admission Ticket will be listed as tax deductible within the receipt. 

100% of your donations will be tax deductible. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes that will identify the portion that can be claimed. 

8. ​Can I show my tickets on my phone at the door or do I need to have the physical tickets with me?

Yes, you can show your tickets from your phone. 

9. Can I put tickets on hold?

No, all tickets must be purchased in order to reserve a space at the event. 

 

10. Can I purchase tickets at the door/entrance?

No, the event is sold out. 

11. Do you offer refunds?

No, all sales are final. 

 

12. What if it rains?

The entire event will be moved indoors to Charlotte Indoor Tennis Club, located at 8401 Sharon Lakes Rd, Charlotte 28210. Ticket holders will be notified by email 24-hours in advance of the event if the rain location will be utilized. 

13. Will my preferred ticket seats be next to each other?

While seating is not assigned, we will assist in ensuring that you are seated next to everyone in your party. 

14. Will I have a seat with a General Admission Ticket purchase?

Yes, we will have bleachers to sit on to view the exhibition. 

15. Is there a dress code?

Clinic and their +1 guests and Champagne Tent Ticket holders will be on a clay court surface. We ask therefore, to refrain from wearing heels as this may damage the court and to consider closed-toe shoes to prevent clay penetration. 

 

Regarding clothing, we ask that guests dress for the weather. 

16. Do you have appropriate seating and parking for individuals with medical conditions?

There are designated handicap parking spaces at the event location. Regarding seating, only the General Admission Tickets are wheelchair accessible for the pro exhibition.  

17. Where should I park and is parking free?

Parking is free within the facility parking lot. If all the spaces are taken, you are allowed to park on the street leading to and from the event location. 

18. What items am I not allowed to bring into the event?

You are allowed to bring cameras and video cameras as flash photography is allowed. 

Restricted items include: Outside food or drink, coolers, sun umbrellas and pets are not permitted at the event. 

19. Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer as well as on the day of the event in case there are weather delays or other problems that could affect the event?
