100% of this event is virtual, powered by our auction platform and professional production team. 

 

 

What is the timeline for the event?

 

December 7, 2020

  • The semifinalists acts are announced on the HFH website & voting is open to the public to select the finalists for the show.

January 1, 2021

  • The finalists are announced and listed on the HFH website.

 

February 3, 2021

  • Silent auction opens at 12 noon. 

February 5, 2021

Live Event:

Pre-show: 7:45 p.m.

Show: 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.

February 7, 2021

  • Silent auction closes at 12 noon.

How much does registration cost?

  • Talent registration = Free

  • Viewer/Voter Registration  = Free

  • Voting = Free

  • Party Viewing Kits = $50 per person

What is included with the viewer/voter registration?

  • Opportunity to vote for the finalists from our semi-finalist pool

  • Live talent show entertainment for the whole family (in your PJ's if you wish:) 

  • Opportunity to spend the evening with our celebrity judges

  • Silent Auction

  • Ability to vote for the winner of the show

  • Chance to make a difference in the lives of families in need who are battling childhood cancer

How do I view and participate in the event?

You will be able to view and participate in the show through your PC, Laptop, and/or mobile devises (tablet/phone). 

Do I need special software or hardware?

No. Once you register, you will receive a link to view and participate in the show and auction/voting site. Registration is free, but required to participate in the program. 

What if I have technical issues? 

We will have a phone number listed to speak with a live tech to address any technical problems. 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  

What is included in the party viewing kit?

This fun kit is designed to enhance your viewing experience! The kit will include Hands for Holly swag, a meal voucher redeemable in the Charlotte area, snacks, drink ingredients w/recipe card (alcohol free) and more. 

How will I get my "tickets" and party viewing kit?

Your digital tickets will be sent to the email inputted when registering. Party viewing kits will be shipped to you 1-3 days before the event. 

Is my registration tax-deductible?

Hands for Holly Memorial Fund is a registered 501(c)3 with the tax id #81-2842244. Your party kit, donations, and auction sales will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for tax purposes that will identify the portion that can be claimed. 

Do you offer refunds?

No, all sales are final. 

 

What is the attire?

Whatever you want it to be. This is a virtual event, so only those gathered with you will see you. Get comfortable and enjoy the night while making a difference for families in need. 

Is there a way for me to get updates as the event gets closer?

Yes, we will utilize email and text to communicate reminders and if any changes to the event occur. You can also contact us via email at talentshow@handsforholly.org  or phone at 704-440-0401 x.700 with questions.
